These Terms are a binding agreement between you and SoulYukti Private Limited (“SoulYukti,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our site, pages, checkout forms, or attending our programs, including the 2‑Hour Live Audiobook Business Workshop, you agree to these Terms. You confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.
Our Service includes the live online workshop, related bonus materials advertised on the landing page, and limited support communications to deliver access. Content is educational. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.
The workshop fee is ₹99 per seat unless shown otherwise at checkout. Prices are in INR. Payment is due in full at the time of registration through the payment options shown at checkout. If a payment fails or is reversed, access may be denied or revoked.
After payment you will receive an email with your joining link. Check Promotions or Spam if needed. Access is personal. Do not share links. We may verify identity to protect the event from abuse.

We may reschedule, change presenters, or modify the agenda when needed. If we cancel the workshop and do not reschedule, we will refund the workshop fee you paid.

All content, methods, frameworks, slides, recordings, documents, and other materials we provide are owned or licensed by SoulYukti. Your ticket grants a limited, personal, non‑transferable license to view and use materials for your own learning. You may not copy, record, distribute, sell, publish, repurpose, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.
We may share experiences from attendees. These are individual stories. They do not guarantee results for you. If you submit a testimonial, you grant us permission to use it in our marketing in any media, with your first name and any role you provide.
We make no guarantees of income or business results. Examples and figures shown on the landing page are illustrative. Your results depend on your skills, effort, market conditions, and many factors outside our control. You should consult qualified professionals for legal, tax, or financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoulYukti will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim related to the workshop or site will not exceed the amount you paid for the workshop ticket.
